  1, rust removal grade

  Regarding the construction technology of epoxy, ethylene, phenolic and other anticorrosive coatings commonly used for steel pipes, the appearance of steel pipes is generally required to reach nearly white level (Sa2.5). The theory proves that the use of this rust removal grade can almost remove all oxide scale, rust and other dirt, and the depth of the anchor pattern reaches 40-100μm, which fully meets the requirements of the anti-corrosion layer and the steel pipe. The rust process can reach the near-white level (Sa2.5) skill premise with lower operating costs and constant and reliable quality.

  2. Abrasive for shot blasting machine

  In order to achieve the ideal rust removal effect, the abrasive should be selected according to the surface hardness of the steel pipe, the original rust level, the required surface roughness, the coating type, etc. For single-layer epoxy, two-layer or three-layer polyethylene coating, use The mixed abrasives of steel grit and steel shot make it easier to achieve the ideal rust removal effect. Steel shot has the effect of strengthening the steel surface, while steel grit has the effect of etching the steel surface. The mixed abrasive of steel grit and steel shot (the hardness of steel shot is 40~50 HRC, and the hardness of steel grit is 50~60 HRC) can be used on the appearance of various steels, even for grade C and D corrosion steel On the outside, the rust removal effect is also very good.

  3, the particle size and proportion of abrasive

  In order to achieve better average cleanliness and roughness distribution, the design of abrasive particle size and ratio is very important. If the roughness is too large, the anti-corrosion layer will become thinner at the peak of the anchor pattern; because the anchor pattern is too deep, the anti-corrosion layer will easily form bubbles during the anti-corrosion process, which will seriously affect the function of the anti-corrosion layer. If the roughness is too small, the anti-corrosion layer will be formed and the strength and impact resistance will decrease. Regarding severe internal pitting corrosion, not only the high-strength impact of large abrasives, but also the polishing of the lost erosion products by small particles to achieve the cleaning effect, the reasonable ratio design can not only slow down the abrasive wear on the pipe and nozzle (vane) And the application rate of abrasives can also be greatly improved. The grain size of the steel shot is 0.8-1.3 mm, and the grain size of the steel grit is 0.4-1.0 mm, with 0.5-1.0 mm as the main component. The sand pill ratio is 5-8. It should be noted that in practice, it is difficult to reach the ideal ratio of steel grit to steel shot during grinding. The reason is that hard and fragile steel grit has a higher rupture rate than steel shot. For this reason, the abrasive should be sampled and tested regularly during the operation. According to the particle size dispersion, new abrasives should be added to the steel pipe shot blasting machine, and the new grinding added should be moderate, and the amount of steel grit should be the main one.

  Reasons for oil leakage of shot blasting machine

  For the use of shot blasting machines, oil leakage often occurs. For example, a series of oil leakages such as oil leakage from the rotary shaft of the shot blasting machine and oil leakage from the switch of the shot blasting machine. So in the face of these sudden oil spills, how should we deal with it? *First, let's talk about the solution to the oil leakage of the rotary shaft of the shot blasting machine engine.

  Reasons for oil leakage of shot blasting machine and measures: If the shaft and the hole are worn out, the gear lever shaft and the clutch lever shaft of the starter can be cut into the sealing ring groove on the lathe, and the sealing rubber ring of the corresponding size can be installed.
