The rigid adjustment method is an adjustment method that cannot be compensated automatically for adjusting the side clearance of the straightening machine.
Therefore, the spacing and thickness of the gears must be controlled strictly, otherwise the flexibility of the transmission will be affected. The adjustment method has a relatively simple structure and a better transmission rigidity.
The tooth side clearance can still be compensated automatically after being adjusted by the flexible adjustment method.
Generally, the pressure of the pressure spring is adjusted to eliminate the tooth side clearance, and the gear tooth thickness and circumferential section can be changed to maintain a gapless meshing.However, the structure is more complicated, with large axial dimensions and low transmission rigidity.
