  1. When the punch hits the top dead center (when at rest)

  (1) The solenoid valve E of the air feeder is not energized yet.

  (2) The micro switch also did not operate.

  (3) Open the air valve and the air enters the feeder. The floating rod, the fixed splint and the movable clamp (down) rise upward, and the slider moves to the front main body.

  2. When the punch impacts and drops (dynamically)

  (1) E-type solenoid valve is energized.

  (2) The micro switch starts to operate.

  (3) Open the air valve and air enters the feeder. The supporting rod, the fixed splint and the movable splint (lower) descend, and the slider moves backward at the same time.

  3. The E-type solenoid valve can be installed at the same time as the E1 type solenoid valve

  (1) The action time of E-type and E1-type solenoid valves can be synchronized and non-synchronized.

  (2) E-type and E1-type solenoid valves can freely adjust the time (its convex output can be designed to match the required feeding time).
