What are the solutions to the unstable speed of the NC servo feeder?Servo feed company

What are the solutions to the unstable speed of the NC servo feeder?

  1. The external air pressure is too high or not enough. The NC servo feeder needs a stable air supply to achieve rapid and stable relaxation. The three-point combined pressure gauge needs to be adjusted to 4.5kg/cm2. Treatment method: check whether the three-point combined pressure gauge is damaged and adjust the compressor pressure.

2, there is punching oil on the feed roller. In order to prevent the long-term friction between the material and the mold and the temperature rise, the stamping oil is usually applied to the material before the material enters the mold. If the stamping oil enters between the feeding rollers, the feeding will be inaccurate. At this time, clean and wipe the feed roller.

3, the feeding height is wrong. Punching machines often need to be used with multiple sets of different molds, and the height of different molds can also be different. At this time, the feeding height of the feeder needs to be adjusted after the mold is changed. If the adjustment is not correct, the feeding will appear skewed and uneven. Processing method : Adjust the feeding height of the feeder to keep it horizontal and vertical with the mold.

High Speed Roll feeder

4, the setting speed is too fast. Due to the limitation of the response time of the electronic control system, it is impossible to carry out high-speed feeding. Generally, the maximum feeding speed of pneumatic is 60-120 times per minute (the specific times vary depending on the thickness of the material and the step distance), and the maximum feeding speed of the machine is 150-200 times per minute, if the actual punching speed is higher than this speed, it will fail to keep up and cause the wrong material to be fed.

5, the punch die itself has errors or no material cutting edge obstruction. If there is a problem with the design and production of the punch mold itself, it will also cause the feed distance to be unstable. At this time, you can not use the feed first, but use manual manual feeding to test the product, confirm whether the problem lies in the mold itself, if it is, change the mold and correct it. Can.

6, the feeding time is set incorrectly. Different molds have different requirements for the feeding time of the NC servo feeder. If the feeding time is set too late, it will cause insufficient feeding. At this time, the feed signal cam angle of the punch needs to be re-adjusted.
