how to avoid the scratches on the feeder materials!Automatic feeder Production(图1)

  There are many types of feeders in daily production, and they have a wide range of applications. We will encounter different problems in production. Why start to use good feeders to greatly improve the efficiency of stamping production. But in use, the feeder will be scratched after replacement? How to solve it? There are two main reasons for material scratches, one is material scratches caused by improper adjustment; the other is material scratches The material is very thin and soft, and there are different solutions for using different types of punch feeders, such as high-speed roller feeders and CNC servo feeders. The scratch solution is explained.

  First of all, the high-speed roller feeder caused material scratches.

  The high-speed roller feeder adopts purely mechanical transmission of the feeding roller to realize the feeding effect. By adjusting the pressure of the pressure spring to change the degree of compression, the relaxation effect of the mechanical punching rod is realized.

  solution:

  1. Check whether the material thickness adjustment is correct, if there is no correct targeted adjustment, it can be solved;

  2. Check whether there is foreign matter (iron filings, sand, etc.) in the barrel of the feeder, and whether there is a clean roller to solve it;

  3. The material is very thin and the material is very soft. This kind of feeder has replaced the packed PU plastic bucket or modified it into a form of pulling material.

  Secondly, the material was scratched by the feeder.

  The principle of the air supply device is similar to that of a traditional syringe. It uses an external air source as power to push the material held by the moving splint through the roller to achieve air supply. In order to ensure delivery in place, the movable splint of the feeder needs a great clamping force. The splint itself is cast iron. If the material is thin, soft materials (aluminum, copper, etc.) can easily cause material scratches during the clamping action.

  solution:

  When the conveying material is thin and soft (aluminum, copper, etc.), cover the movable splint and fixed splint of the gold storage feeder with a film to solve the problem.

  later. The material is scratched by the CNC servo feeder.

  The CNC servo feeder adopts a servo motor to drive the feeding roller through a synchronous belt pulley to realize the feeding action. By adjusting the pressure of the pressure spring to change the degree of pressure, relax the cylinder to push the upper drum to achieve a relaxing effect.

  solution:

  1. Check whether the material thickness adjustment is correct. If the adjustment is not correct, the target adjustment can be solved;

  2. Check whether there is foreign matter (iron filings, sand, etc.) on the feeder roller, and whether there is a clean roller to solve it;

  3. Check whether the upper drum-shaped slack gap is too large, and the pressure of the slack cylinder is too large, which causes the slack action after the slack is completed. When the roller clamps the material, if the slack clearance of the cylinder is adjusted and the air inlet pressure of the cylinder is relaxed, the material will be scratched and deformed too much;
