The uncoiler straightener is the basic supporting facility of the stamping automated production line, which is mainly used to level and correct the material before stamping and improve the quality of stamping products.

Firstly,in terms of processing technology, all parts are processed by CNC machining center and automatic lathe to ensure the high precision and high degree of coordination of the whole machine.
Secondly,the wallboard of the uncoiler straightener is processed by CNC machining center to ensure the consistency of the two dimensions.
Thirdly,the leveling box body is welded by steel plates, and the welding surface is polished. After the box body is welded, the bearing hole is processed after annealing and stress relief treatment to ensure that the internal stress of the box body is released early, and the shape and dimension of the box body and the machined hole position are accurate. The tooth surface of the transmission gear of the uncoiler straightener is processed by high-frequency grinding.
