Causes of Casting Blackening after Shot Blasting Machine Treatment

　　In the process of using a shot blasting machine to clean the rusty place of the steel, you may encounter blackening after shot blasting.

　　First,The defects that existed before the shot blasting brought by the die-casting process, such as excessive black oil used in die-casting, splashing of punch oil during mold opening and paint splashing during die-casting.

　　Second,the product is placed for too long or the temperature is humid, and the surface is corroded, moldy or dusty.

　　Third,the dust removal device of the shot blasting machine fails, and the steel shot contains more dust.

　　Fourth,the operator did not wear gloves as required, and touched the surface of the casting after shot peening with his hands,then resulted in fingerprints.

　　At last,after shot blasting for a long time, there will be dust or splashes of water or oil on the surface, and the environment will be humid and oxidized.
