Clean Equipments Sand Blast Cabinet

Sandblasting \ Pill surface treatment uses compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the spray material (copper ore sand, quartz sand, emery sand, iron sand, Hainan sand) to the surface of the workpiece to be treated at high speed, so that The appearance or shape of the surface changes. Due to the impact and cutting action of the abrasive on the surface of the workpiece, the surface of the workpiece is given a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness. It improves the adhesion between it and the coating, prolongs the durability of the coating film, and is also conducive to the leveling and decoration of the coating.



Honeycomb recycling floor:


Honeycomb pellet recycling floor


Honeycomb pellet recycling floor is the core technology of the equipment, which is composed of multiple honeycomb modules and pellet conveying duct. A plurality of honeycomb modules form a flat honeycomb floor. Below the honeycomb floor is a pellet conveying duct for conveying a mixture of pellets and air. Pill material conveying duct and sand lifting / pill duct are lined with wear-resistant latex plates. The total thickness of the floor is ≤400mm, and there are no moving parts in the system. It replaces the universal deep pit hinged dragon (scraper, belt), bucket elevator and other mechanical conveying systems, saving the cost of foundation construction and avoiding a large number of maintenance work pieces and costs.


The pellets and impurities and dust falling from the blasting chamber are aerodynamically recovered into the pellet conveying duct under the honeycomb floor, and enter the pellet sorter through the sand extraction / pellet duct. The pellets are in a suspended state during the transportation process. Except for the inclined plate at the elbow of the air pipe, there is no wear on the inner wall of the system and the air pipe, so there is no maintenance phenomenon. The service life of the system is more than 20 years.


Floor grille:


The floor grille consists of pedestrian grille and steel wire mesh. The pedestrian grid is laid on the honeycomb floor, and the size of each grid plate is generally 1000mm long × 1000mm wide, which can be removed separately. There is a layer of corrugated steel wire mesh between the honeycomb panel and the grid plate. The steel wire mesh module corresponds to the grille. Its mesh opening is 5mm. It is used to block impurities above 5mm and is easy to clean.


Pill sorting:


The sorting system consists of a sorter and a pill storage bucket. The pellets, impurities and dust sent from the pellet recovery floor enter the sorter through the pill air duct, and the reusable pellets are separated from the dust and impurities and fall into the pellet storage bucket for recycling. Generally more than 0.1mm (the separation strength can be adjusted according to the process requirements). The pellets are sorted out and continue to be used, and the remaining broken pellets, dust, and impurities are separated into the dust collector for dust removal treatment. A group of coarse pellet screening screens are installed in the sorter to prevent excessive coarse pellets and impurities from entering the separator and pellet storage hopper. The system has a built-in anti-wear layer, which maximizes the service life of the separator for more than 20 years.


Shot peening system:


The sandblasting system is composed of sandblasting tank, spray gun and automatic sand adding system. The service life of the entire blasting system is more than 20 years.


Sandblasting tank (pressure vessel):


The tank body is commissioned by a professional pressure vessel manufacturer to design and manufacture in strict accordance with ASME standards, and is qualified by the supervision of the Labor Bureau.


The sandblasting tank is equipped with automatic rapid exhaust and sand replenishment devices, which are composed of a full set of reliable gas circuit control components such as compressed air valves, pressurized valves and vent valves.


The sandblasting tank has the following functions:


Material level alarm function: when the sand is too full or too little, the alarm can be prompted.


Automatic control function: Automatically fill sand when there are too few grains, and stop it when there is too much. Automatically set the program to open and close the blast valve during the automatic blast operation. All valves use internationally renowned brands.


The use of press-in sand blasting greatly improves the cleaning efficiency and treatment level standards. According to the process requirements, suction sandblasting can be used. A single blasting tank device is equipped with one or more spray guns.



Environmental protection room:


The entrance frame of the house (from the floor to the top) is composed of general beams, which are then composed of colored metal polystyrene sandwich composite panels. Beautiful appearance, convenient installation, high corrosion resistance, strong shock resistance, diversified standard color choices have good heat insulation and sound insulation functions. The net size of the room is designed according to the size of the workpiece, and the length, width and height are about 2000mm more than the workpiece.


Air intake and silencer


It is evenly arranged along the upper part of both sides of the sandblasting chamber, and each air intake hole is composed of a group of airflow uniformity devices and silencers. The air is evenly dispersed by the airflow uniform device and enters the blasting chamber, forming a cross-sectional wind speed of 0.25m / S (shot blasting 0.15m / S) in the chamber and flowing into the honeycomb pellet recovery floor.


The silencer adopts the most advanced aeroengine noise prevention and control technology in the world, which can transform the high-frequency sharp noise generated during sandblasting into low-frequency soft and low sound, from 2000Hz to below 500Hz.


Door type


Workpiece transportation gate: there are a variety of gates such as track split type (electric / manual), side-open type, four-fold disassembly and assembly, and roller shutter type. The height is about 500mm more than the workpiece.


Indoor lighting


Adopt metal halide lamps of internationally renowned brands, and install them evenly along the ceiling or the middle of the wall. In order to prevent the damage to the lamp when the shot is splashed, in addition to the protective device of the lighting lamp, a multi-stage steel wire protective net is additionally installed. The protection grade is IP65, which is set strictly according to the requirements of GB7248-87, and the indoor illumination is greater than 400 Lux.


Air-conditioned protective clothing:


The protective clothing designed according to the principle of static air vortex consists of an air-conditioned enclosed helmet and a fully enclosed protective clothing. The air temperature regulator uses filtered compressed air as an energy source, and the temperature can be adjusted at any time. When the compressed air pressure is 0.4 ~ 0.7Mpa, The temperature adjustment range is 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. The protective clothing for spraying steel shots is an inflatable garment to prevent injury to the operator when the projectile splashes.


Dust removal system:


The dust removal system is a two-stage dust removal consisting of an aerodynamic device (multi-stage inertia principle) + filter cartridge. The dust removal efficiency of the aerodynamic device reaches 90%, and another 10% of the dust is filtered and removed by the filter cartridge. The biggest difference between it and the common filter dust collector or bag dust collector is the integration of two-stage dust removal, small size, stable system operation, long service life and outstanding high-precision filtration, which improves the unstable dust removal situation.


Its latest type of filter material breaks the limitation of the filtration precision and service life of general filter material. The filtration efficiency of dust particles above 0.5um reaches 99.99%, and the emission value complies with national standards. Due to the small filter load of the filter cartridge, the passing wind speed is low, and the latest technology of air blowback method is adopted, the service life of the filter cartridge is up to 2 years.



Electronic control system:


The main electrical components in the electronic control system use Siemens or internationally renowned brand products with reliable quality, advanced design, complete functions and long life. The circuit design is reasonable, with short circuit protection, overload protection and other functions and a reliable ground protection system


The power distribution control cabinet in the system is sprayed on the surface, which is beautiful and elegant. Control the operation conditions required for system opening / interruption / transition, all electrical cabinets are interlocked, and the console controls the opening and closing of fans, spray guns (or remote controls), dust removal, trolleys, gates, and lighting. In order to ensure the order and safety of the work, the interlocking of the fan to the shot peening and the interlocking of the blanking to the shot peening are adopted.


In order to facilitate the operation and safety of personnel, the opening and closing of the spray gun adopts remote control and manual operation.


Design the PLC control system and configure the touch screen according to the requirements. When the system fails, it can accurately and timely point out the components that caused the failure.
