　　2. The operator of the uncoiler should raise or lower, adjust the steel coil data to the middle of the expansion and contraction drum shaft, and adjust the movable bearing seat of the uncoiler at this moment to keep it on the same level as the uncoiler.

　　3. Adjust the expansion nut to make the four bow-shaped plates and expand the steel coil data to prevent deformation and damage of the steel coil data during operation.

　　4. When the coil data is tightened, change the decoiler manually to prevent all kinds of dangers during operation.

　　Operating Regulations of Silicon Steel Sheet Slitting Line

　　1. Check the preparation work before starting the machine: the cutter should be installed according to the specifications of the cut strip; the clearance and overlap of the cutter should meet the regulations; the four handles should be tightened; the oil level of the gear box should be on the oil level; The movable guiding device moves into the working position; the silicon steel sheet coil enters the rolling scissors room and is flattened by the movable guiding device.

　　2. When the slitting line is turned on, move the "drive roller" button on the button box of the rolling shear to the "0" position, the upper roller of the drive roller rises, press the "manual" button, the motor rotates, and the double cutter shaft rotates The silicon steel sheet is cut, and the material head is sent to the lower roller of the driving roller.

　　3. When the slitting line is stopped, press the manual button, the motor will be powered off, and the brake will be closed and the machine will stop. Cut off the control power supply.

　　4. Regularly check the abnormal noise and temperature rise of the bearing, re-apply grease if necessary, and replace the balls or rollers in the bearing.

　　5. When moving or installing the knife, the knife shaft and knife must be cleaned and lubricated with lubricating oil, so as not to affect the tool end jumping or even scratch the knife shaft.

　　6. When adjusting the coincidence degree between the hobs, the four handles must be loosened before rotating the handwheel. If one part is in a tightened state, the parallelism between the cutter shafts will be damaged.

　　7. Mechanical lubricating oil for wheel box. If the oil level is lower than the oil level, add oil and replace the lubricating oil once a year.
