First,the defect does not cover the entire surface of the casting. Strengthen control and management by die casting process.
Second,after shot blasting, the surface traces are shallow and cannot be removed because it has been immersed in the casting matrix. Strengthen the management of product placement, not too long. If it needs to be placed for a long time, it must be covered, protected and placed in a suitable environment.
Third,the surface of the whole casting is black and dull. Resume dust removal or replace with new steel shot.
Fourth,the operator must be required to follow the operating instructions. Gloves must be worn.
At last,shot blasting should be processed as soon as possible for final inspection, packing and storage. If it needs to be stored for a period of time, it must be protected strictly.
