　　Third,in order to prevent the straightened steel bar from popping out and hurting people, a steel pipe is installed in the guide tube part of the machine, and the steel used to be straightened must enter the guide tube of the machine from the steel tube to reach the straightening tube of the machine.

　　In order to make the straightener machine run smoothly, the machine needs to be installed on a level and firm ground.

　　Fourth, after the bent steel bars are loaded into the machine, there must be a fixed distance between the traction wheel of the leveler and the operator's hand, otherwise it will hurt the operator's hand.

　　Fifth,when the load-bearing frame is installed, it must be operated in accordance with the prescribed method, aligning the centerline orientation of the guide tube, the lower cutting knife hole, and the straightening tube.

　　Finally,after the installation of the straightener machine, various inspections and tests should be carried out before use. For example, check whether the hammer head, cutting gear, barrel bearing, cutter and other important parts are normal.
