The hoist consists of a cycloidal pin wheel reducer and the base, upper and lower rollers, conveyor belt, hopper, sealing barrel and tensioning device. The lower feed inlet of the hoist is connected with the screw conveyor, and the upper feed outlet is connected with the pellet sand separator. The housing of the hoist adopts welding structure.There is beautiful appearance and good rigidity.
There is a access door and the users can repair and replace hopper. Open the door cover on the lower housing to repair the lower transmission and eliminate the blockage of the bottom projectile.
When works, the hopper fixed on the conveyor belt will scrape the pellet material at the bottom of the hoist, and then under the drive of the hoist mechanical and electrical machine, the pellet material will be lifted to the top of the hoist. Finally, the pellet material will be fed into the pellet sand to separate by means of centrifugal gravity.
When the belt is relaxed for a period of time, the belt can be tightened by adjusting bolts on both sides of the hoist.The adjustment range is 100mm.When adjusting, pay attention to make the adjustment amount at both ends consistent.
