First of all, temperature is the first element in choosing a shot blasting machine.The ideal temperature for shot blasting is close to the ambient temperature, but the cooling time of each foundry is not the same, so the temperature entering the shot blasting chamber is also very different.
Therefore,when designing the cleaning machine, the user's possible production temperature should be considered.
Secondly, high-temperature operations have special requirements for the maintenance of the shot blasting machine. Hot parts, hot machines and hot abrasives are a challenge to the maintenance and operating safety of the cleaning machine.
Under the production conditions, the lubrication of the bearings of the cleaning machine, the design of the conveyor belt, the material composition of the wearing parts, the ventilation and the control system often need to be replaced.
Thirdly,the shot blasting machine should be designed with a special recycling system to process a large amount of sand produced in the shot blasting process, and then the waste sand and the round steel shot abrasive sieve will be separated through the magnetic separator or the winnowing separator of the cleaning machine.
