The maintenance and maintenance of the three-in-one feeder are often neglected, and how to correctly servo the three-in-one feeder equipment can make the feeder automatic production line and produce greater efficiency.   1. Operate according to the operating instructions of the feeder equipment, and install and use the equipment according to the instructions.

  When we purchase new feeder equipment, we must follow the instructions for use. Install and test the equipment. If there is any problem in the test process, please check the instruction manual and contact the manufacturer to solve it. After the trial processing is completed and the equipment feeder is put into normal operation and production, the equipment management personnel of the enterprise shall formulate maintenance and daily maintenance rules and regulations for the equipment. Urge the equipment operators to operate the equipment correctly. To ensure that the operation has rules to follow, and the maintenance is based on evidence.

  2. Work on the equipment regularly for 6s,

  After the feeder equipment is put into use, due to the special operating environment of the yaw feeder, after a long time of use, the surface of the equipment will be oily, dust, iron filings, etc., and iron filings will even fly into the equipment parts. Cause equipment failure. Therefore, work on the feeder equipment regularly for 6s, and the workshop management must be carefully implemented on the NC feeder equipment. Develop a good habit of regular rectification, inspection when starting up, and cleaning when shutting down. It is worth noting that the harm of metal debris, once they fall on the circuit or electrical device, it is easy to cause the insulation resistance between the components to drop, and even cause the damage of the components and the circuit.

  3. Perform heat dissipation maintenance on the electrical circuit data box of the equipment

  Punch NC servo feeder machinery is equipped with its own heat dissipation system, and each cooling system of the equipment electrical cabinet must be checked daily for abnormal shutdowns. Clean the dust on the filter regularly. The three-in-one feeder has a unique thermal protection device. The servo control system will immediately generate an overheating alarm or the system will stop running due to excessive temperature caused by an abnormality to protect the CNC system from damage. A common method of opening the electrical cabinet to dissipate heat is extremely undesirable. It not only has the risk of electric shock, but also easily causes debris to fall, and will accelerate the damage of electrical accessories under long-term exposure.
