　　For customers who often deal with punch peripheral equipment, leveling machines are not unfamiliar to everyone. When raw materials enter the punch forming processing area, they need to flatten the plates. The traditional leveling equipment is independent and separate, but today I will introduce this two-in-one thick plate leveling machine, which is an integrated equipment with the leveling function of the collecting rack.

The thick plate two-in-one leveling machine consists of leveling rollers, fixed bearings, gears, adjusting worm gear lifters, etc. The driving part has motors, reducers, control cabinets, and thick plate leveling. The thickness of the material can reach 10 mm and the material with high yield and high strength. The two-in-one leveling machine is different from ordinary equipment in that it has a material unwinding function on the side of the fuselage and is controlled by a live control cabinet.

The two-in-one leveling machine is equipped with a discharge arc control roller, and the user-friendly operation can set the arc of the material at will, and the original arc of the coil can be repaired to be straight, upward or downward to match the die stamping. It adopts the original engraving adjustment method, instead of the traditional dial indicator adjustment method, no additional calibration is required, and the debugging is more simple and accurate, and the service life is longer.
