Maintenance of Steel Pipe Shot Peening Machine

　　The steel pipe shot peening machine also needs frequent maintenance, which helps to extend its service life.

　　First of all, it is necessary to check the anchor nuts of the steel pipe shot peening machine room frequently, and tighten them in time if they are loose.

　　Second, check whether the belt of the hoist is too loose or out of alignment. If abnormalities are found, adjust and tighten them in time.Check the wear of the shot blasting blades, blasting wheels, and directional sleeves of the steel pipe shot blasting machine frequently. When the thickness of the blade wears 2/3 uniformly, the width of the pill wheel window wears 1/2, and the wear width of the directional sleeve window increases by 15mm, they should be replaced.

　　Third, check the screw conveyor. When the diameter of the blade wears 20mm, it should be replaced. Check and clean up the debris on the screen of the pill-sand separator. When the screen is found to be worn, it should be replaced in time.

　　Fourth, add or replace lubricants in accordance with the lubrication system frequently.Check the wear of the guard plate in the cleaning room frequently. If the rubber plate of the wear-resistant manganese plate is found to be worn or cracked, it should be replaced in time.

　　At last,clean up the projectiles scattered around the equipment after the operation is completed to prevent the operator from slipping and getting injured.
