　　The maintenance of the straightener can be divided into primary maintenance, secondary maintenance and tertiary maintenance.

　　The first-level maintenance work is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance. Lubricate, tighten and check all relevant parts and cleaning work. The first level maintenance is guided by the mechanical team leader and completed by the mechanical operator.

　　The secondary maintenance work is mainly inspection and adjustment.Check the working conditions of the reducer, gear transmission mechanism, straightening device and electrical system and make necessary adjustments to eliminate the faults found to ensure that the mechanical assemblies and parts have good working performance. The secondary maintenance is completed by the machine operator assisting the maintenance personnel.

　　The three-level maintenance is to detect, adjust, eliminate hidden troubles and balance the degree of wear of various parts. Diagnose and inspect the parts that affect the performance and the parts with fault signs, and then complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting. The three-level maintenance requirements of the work are completed by the technical maintenance personnel with the help of advanced testing instruments and tools.
