First,the layout of the shot blasting chamber and the impeller head is determined after computer three-dimensional dynamic ejection simulation.
Second,the centrifugal shot blaster can improve the cleaning efficiency and obtain satisfactory cleaning quality significantly, while avoiding the occurrence of projectile blockage and burning of the motor effectively.
Third,the shot blasting chamber is welded with thick steel plates to form a box-shaped structure with high strength and no vibration. The guard plate is connected by a stop, which prolongs the service life of the chamber body effectively and can make full use of the rebound of the projectile to form a secondary cleaning.
Fourth,the buffer angle steel on the hopper can reduce the friction on the bottom hopper when the shot material falls.
Fifth,the baffle plates at both ends of the mesh belt can prevent the workpiece from feeding incorrectly and from deviation during operation.
At last,the number of opening shots can be determined according to the size of the workpiece, which can reduce unnecessary energy waste and reduce unnecessary damage to the equipment.
