Firstly, check carefully whether the connection of each part of the machine is firm.
Secondly,no-load test run for 2~3 hours.
Thirdly,if no problems are found in the above steps, turn on the hoist and screw conveyor, and add about 600 kg of new particles to the equipment from the door of the clean room. These projectiles are conveyed by a screw conveyor, lifted by a hoist, and finally stored in a hopper at the bottom of the separator. After being driven, these projectiles will flow into the shot blasting device through the electric blasting gate valve at the bottom of the hopper, and the workpiece to be cleaned will be shot blasted.
Finally, adjust shot peening. The shot peening should be noted that the projectile shot should cover all positions and cover the orientation of the workpiece to be cleaned, and the cleaning efficiency will be affected.
Carrying out a test run in accordance with the above method can avoid some troubles that may be caused effectively during use .
