Secondly,the starting sequence of the shot blasting machine is wrong, and the shot blasting equipment fails to operate in accordance with the instruction manual, and the shot blasting machine is idling and no blast material enters.

Thirdly,the shutdown sequence is wrong, the shot blasting equipment is closed early, and the formed shot material still continues to enter the shot blasting machine, and the motor will be burned easily when the machine is turned on next time.

Then, speed of the roller conveyor of the shot blasting equipment is too fast or too slow, and the roller conveyor can be adjusted at an adjustable speed. The user cannot adjust the speed according to the manual during the operation. Too fast and too slow will affect the quality of shot blasting.

Finally,the belt of the lifting machine is slack, and the lifting machine is equipped with a belt tensioning device, which can be used when the belt is not tight during use. After the belt is slack, the machine cannot be improved and the shot material can not be improved, which will cause equipment damage easily.
