When adjusting the shot blasting machine, pay attention to the position of the directional sleeve of the shot blasting machine so that the shot blasting machine is covered completely on the workpiece to be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the cleaning efficiency.
For the position of the window of the orientation sleeve,if necessary, apply black ink or thick paper on a piece of wood, place it on the clean work piece, start blasting the machine, and add a small amount of projectile manually to the shot blasting machine and check the position of the projectile.
If the position of the projectile is incorrect, adjust the direction sleeve to obtain the desired position.
After adjusting the direction sleeve, you can test the load. After 30 minutes of shot peening, 400Kg projectiles were added.
