There is the difference between general pressure sand blasting machine and high pressure sand blasting machine.
The general pressure sand blasting machine uses compressed air as the driving force through the high-speed movement of the airflow. The negative pressure formed in the spray gun draws the abrasive into the spray gun through the sand pipe and ejects it to the processed surface through the nozzle.
The high pressure sand blasting machine uses compressed air as power. After the abrasive and compressed air are pressurized in the pressurized tank, and then accelerated by the sand valve, the abrasive is directed into the spray gun and sprayed on the surface of the workpiece to achieve the expected sandblasting purpose.
The high pressure sand blasting machine uses pressure-feeding sandblasting technology, and the general-pressure sandblasting machine uses siphon sandblasting technology.
The high pressure sand blasting machine needs a pressure-feeding sandblasting tank, which must be provided by a manufacturer with a pressure vessel qualification certificate.
When the high pressure sand blasting machine is working, the pressure in the high pressure tank is sealed, and the pressure during sandblasting is more than twice that of the general pressure sand blasting machine.
