Shot blasting process and working principle

There is the process and working principle of shot blasting equipment.

The blasting process and equipment are different depending on the surface to be treated. Control the surface condition after treatment by parameters. Choose the size and shape of the pellets, the walking speed of the equipment and the flow rate of the pellets.

The three parameters cooperate with each other to obtain different treatment effects and ensure the ideal roughness of the surface after shot blasting.

The hanging chain stepping shot blasting machine adopts the multi-station fixed-point shot blasting method to remove the sticky sand and oxide scale on the surface of the casting, so that the casting can reproduce the true color of the metal.

The track-type shot blasting machine is loaded with high-strength ,wear-resistant rubber tracks and manganese steel tracks to load the workpieces.The high-speed projectiles are thrown toward the workpieces that are turned over on the track by the shot blasting machine to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

The drum-type shot blasting machine uses the impeller placed at high speed to throw the projectile to the castings, forgings and oxide scales that are turned over by the drum continuously, so that the surface of the workpiece is uniformly cleaned and shows the original color of the metal finally.

The rotary table shot blasting machine uses a frequency conversion shot blaster to subject the surface of the workpiece to a uniform steel shot impact force.The steel shot coverage on the surface reaches more than 98% to achieve the strengthening effect.
