4. Check the screw conveyor. When the blade diameter wears 20mm, it should be replaced.

 

5. Check and clean the debris on the screen of the sand separator. When the screen is found to be worn, it should be replaced in time.

 

6. Add or replace lubricant according to the lubrication system.

 

7. Check the wear of indoor protective devices. If the wear-resistant manganese plate is found to be worn or damaged, it should be replaced in time.

 

8. Clean the projectiles scattered around the equipment to prevent the operator of the hook type Shotblasting machines with conveyor belt in rubber and steel from slipping and being injured.

  Sandblasting is to use compressed air to spray abrasive to the surface of workpiece at high speed. Their service temperature is determined by the material of the parts, which is about 260-290 ℃ for general steel parts and 170 ℃ for aluminum parts.
