The sand blasting machine uses compressed air to move at high speed in the spray gun to form a negative pressure to produce an ejection effect. The sand in the cyclone separator is sucked into the spray gun through the sand conveying pipe, and then radiated from the nozzle to the surface of the workpiece at high speed along with the compressed air flow.
The purpose of sand, the surface effect of sand blasting depends on the sand material, air pressure and interval.
When the walking speed of the spray gun is slower and when the walking speed is faster, they spray the same sand within a unit time. But when the walking speed of the spray gun is slow, the distribution area of sand is smaller, and when the walking speed of the spray gun is faster, the distribution area of sand is larger.
Since the same amount of sand is distributed on the surface of different areas, there will be a phenomenon of inconsistency.
