1. All operators must have a comprehensive understanding of the manual and the working principle, performance, operation method and lubrication of this machine.Then they can operate it.

2. Put the projectiles into the chamber one after another, then put the workpiece, close the feeding door and prepare to drive.

3. Start the dust collector fan.

4. Start with buttons in sequence: hoist, shot blaster, gate for supplying pills, and start cleaning.

5. After the cleaning is completed, the buttons are turned off in sequence: the pill gate, the shot blaster, the elevator and the dust collector fan.Then the vibration motor is started to clean the dust. The vibration will stop after a certain time.

6. After the shot blaster is stopped completely, open the feeding door and hang out the tooling and workpiece.

7. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button, the machine will stop working immediately.

8. After all work is completed, the dust collector should be turned off in time.
