  1. If the punching uncoiler has a feeding length error or a feeding direction deviation that causes the stamping parts to be inaccurate, first check whether there is metal or other foreign objects in the feeder rollers or gears, causing the feeding to relax and the punching action timing interference. When the material is fed into the feeder, the roller will slip. Finding out the cause of the failure only needs to adjust and eliminate different problems.

  2. The conveying speed of the punch uncoiler is too fast, and the feeding length is too long. In this case, the equipment should be stopped in time to check whether the micro switch and wire terminals started by the uncoiler have noise interference; if there is noise interference, replace the micro switch. The wire between the switch and the terminal block. And use metal mesh isolation line.

  3. It often happens that the loose rollers of the punch uncoiler do not run smoothly. The main reason is that the SW signal of the micro switch of the uncoiler loose cam is abnormal and the feeding direction is offset. At the same time, the air compressor is not working properly. At this time, only need Adjust the pneumatic components properly or replace the solenoid valve, cylinder, piping, etc., and check whether the wire is off or replace the micro switch or replace the relay in the electrical box.

  4. The fixed direction of the uncoiler may be inaccurate.   5. Inaccuracy occasionally occurs when the uncoiler is in production. This situation is the error in the adjustment of the material by the NC feeder, whether the leveler and the servo feeder are matched or the distance between the leveler and the NC servo feeder and Whether the height of the material arc and the number of revolutions of the punch are appropriate, and the transmission gap between the roller and the servo motor is relatively large.
