After the shot blasting is finished, the workpiece can be discharged from the drum to the unloading mechanism by reversing the tumble.The thrown projectiles and sand particles pass through the gap of the steel track or the small holes on the rubber track, flow into the steel mesh at the bottom and sieved,are sent into the elevator through the screw conveyor, and then separated in the separator.
The dust is sucked by the fan and sent to the dust collector to be filtered. The clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust on the cloth bag falls into the dust collection box at the bottom of the dust collector by back blowing and spinning.
The user can clean it regularly. The waste sand flows out from the waste pipe for reuse.The shot-sand mixture is retracted into the chamber by the recycling pipe, and is reused after the separator is separated. The clean shots enter the shot blasting machine through the electromagnetic supply gate of the shot supply system to throw the workpiece again.
