Working Process of H-beam Shot Blasting Machine

  The H-beam shot blasting machine is a through-type shot blasting machine. When the steel parts are processed, the roller conveyor transports the workpiece into the cleaning room. The workpiece receives high-frequency intensive grinding from multi-directional projectiles. The oxide layer on the surface of the workpiece or The rust layer is detached quickly to obtain a smooth surface.

  After the completion of the cleaning room, the workpiece is transported out of the shot blasting machine by a roller, and the unloading action is completed;

  After the H-beam shot blasting machine cleans the steel, its internal dust removal system starts to work. The residual pellets or dust left over from the previously processed steel will be conveyed back to the funnel room by the purge equipment by the screw, and the residual pellets will be cleaned again. The clean pellets will be transported back to the ejection chamber again for recycling and cleaning.

  The dust will be recycled with the stains cleaned by the previous oxide layer for processing and then the clean air will be discharged into the air from the exhaust tube.
