Freezing sandblasting machine

The full name is Automatic Spray Freeze Trimming Machine. The theory of freeze sandblasting originated in Europe and America in the 1970s, and was later invented and improved by Showa Charcoal Acid Co., Ltd. in Japan. This equipment is mainly used to replace manual deburring of rubber molded parts, precision injection molding, and die-casting products. This type of equipment has been widely used in developed countries since the late 1970s, and gradually promoted in China after 2000, becoming one of the necessary post-processing equipment in the rubber and plastic alloy industry.

General composition

(1) Host structure

Mainly including: feeding system, circulation system, temperature control system, and electronic control system.

(2) High speed motor and ejection wheel

The vertical shot blasting machine must use high-performance motor components to ensure that it can drive the ejection wheel to eject the shot at a maximum speed of 7200 revolutions per minute, in order to remove burrs from the product. Under high-speed operation, the dynamic balance error of the ejection wheel cannot exceed 3mm, otherwise it will cause a significant reduction in the lifespan of the motor due to load operation.

(3) Essential ancillary systems

OBD system: After testing by authoritative departments, it has been found that frozen sandblasting machines without an OBD system cannot guarantee meeting national environmental requirements, while those with an OBD system for dust removal can guarantee meeting national environmental standards. At the same time, the OBD system can ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment by effectively preventing moisture contained in the air from flowing back into the interior of the equipment, thereby extending its service life.
