Shot blasting machine parameter settings

The parameter setting of the shot blasting machine is the key to ensuring efficient operation of the equipment and achieving good cleaning results. The following are the main parameters and setting methods of the shot blasting machine:

1. Shot blasting speed: Adjust the speed of the shot blasting machine according to the material and processing requirements of the workpiece to control the shot blasting speed. Generally speaking, workpieces with higher hardness require higher shot blasting speed to achieve better cleaning results.

2. Shot blasting volume: Adjust the feeding volume of the shot blasting machine according to the size and processing area of the workpiece to control the shot blasting volume. Excessive or insufficient shot blasting can affect the cleaning effect and the service life of the equipment.

3. Shot blasting angle: By adjusting the angle of the directional sleeve, the shot blasting direction is perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece, ensuring that the abrasive can evenly cover the surface of the workpiece and improve cleaning efficiency.

4. Shot blasting time: Set an appropriate shot blasting time according to the processing requirements and thickness of the workpiece. Excessive shot blasting time can lead to excessive cleaning of the workpiece surface, and even the formation of pits and cracks.

5. Dust removal system: Adjust the air volume of the dust removal system and the cleaning frequency of the filter bag according to the processing capacity and dust concentration of the workpiece, to ensure the cleanliness of the working environment and the health of the operators.

By setting various parameters of the shot blasting machine reasonably, the performance of the equipment can be maximized, and production efficiency and workpiece quality can be improved.
